Nice atmosphere and lovely staff. We stopped in for dessert and drinks after dinner. The drinks were well-made, and the Earl Grey crème brûlée was tasty. I also enjoyed the seasonal pumpkin spice martini.

Stopped in to try the happy hour we had read about. We weren't disappointed! Fantastic value at 4 for the happy hour options. The burgers were great. The cocktails we choose to go with it were great too.
We had a fantastic brunch to celebrate the milestone birthday of a dear friend. Smoked salmon eggs benedict, fried artichoke hearts, lamb hash, and baklava pistachio dessert ... everything was fresh, delicious, and perfect for the occasion! Thanks for making the day special.
When I say this is the best meal we've had in Olympia, I'm not exaggerating. We were looking for a place we'd never been to, and Cynara caught our eye as we'd never heard of it before. We sat on the patio and really enjoyed how peacful it was on a busy Friday night. The people who served us were so attentive and pleasant, always ready to make suggestions if asked. The signature cocktails were harmonious- everything seemed to be in perfect balance with the menu. I added scallops to the cauliflower main dish and had zero regrets. My partner ordered the lamb stew. Our dishes were totally different, yet shared similar elements that brought the focus of our conversation back to the food the entire visit. My sweetie ordered a chocolate mousse dessert that was presented as an erupting volcano. We remarked that the food was prepared lovingly and with passion. The variety, presentation, and cohesiveness of the entire establishment makes it something truly special. I could go on and on about how wonderful it was, but you should probably find out for yourself.
This has to be the best eggs benedict I’ve ever had!!! Love the ambiance of Cynara, feels very classy/elegant. Wonderful, friendly waitress. Wonderful brunch after the farmer’s market. Will be back to try more!
